Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Retainer and Payment Disclaimer: Please be advised that the retainer amount of $100 is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 calendar days before your event date. However, in the event of cancellation, if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable retainer, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
